    Color grenade. Aroma intense, fruity, slight evolution. Full-bodied flavor, round and soft. Average finish.

    16 - 18 ºC
    Vinification
    Fermented with loaf and film in stone mills for 10 days. The pasta is pressed and this press wine is separated. The malolactic fermentation is later given out of the winery in barrel of oak wood.
    Ageing
    Stage 75% in cement deposits and 25% in American Oak barrels.

                  <p></p><p>Moscatel Setúbal ‘Excellent’ is the result of intense work over more than 100 years, spread between the vineyard and the winery. The vineyard has been monitored and pampered for decades so that the yields did not exceed 2500 litres/ha. At the winery, a ‘proper’ winemaking process was devised for this product, different from the usual. The final ageing takes place in a variety of wooden barrels, where they will concentrate for decades. Excellent Moscatel de Setúbal is the result of a blend of very special barrels that result in an impressive wine.</p>
