Romeira Reserva Red Wine is produced by Caves Velhas in the Lisbon wine region of Portugal. It is typically made from a blend of native Portuguese varieties such as Tinta Miúda, Trincadeira, Castelão, and occasionally Syrah. The grapes undergo full destemming, extended skin maceration, and controlled fermentation, followed by aging in French oak barrels (around six months, depending on the vintage).
Romeira Reserva Red Wine presents deep garnet color with aromas of ripe red fruits and subtle spice. On the palate, it is smooth, well-structured, and harmonious, showing a fruity core balanced by oak complexity. Serve at 16–18 °C; it pairs well with grilled red meats, game, and stronger-flavored cheeses
