Cicónia Reserva Red Wine presents deep ruby colour with violet hints. Very ripe red and black fruits (mulberry, raspberry and plum), integrated with spicy and balmy notes, such as pepper, mint and coconut. Well-balanced, round, rich taste of fruits and spices, nice structure of smooth tannins

Casa Relvas was born from the desire to give continuity to the history of a family linked to the earth for five generations, on two continents. This family project began in 1997 in São Miguel de Machede, in Redondo, by Alexandre Relvas, who saw in Herdade de São Miguel the vast horizons of his roots in Africa.

Tasting Notes
Intense ruby color with violet highlights. Aroma of very ripe red fruits well integrated with notes of spices and balsamicas. Good concentration, well present spice good persistence.
Vinification
Mechanical harvesting at night. Total stunting. Pre-fermentative cold maceration for 48h. Fermentation with controlled temperature (22-28ºC) in stainless steel tanks. Post-fermentative maceration for 5 to 10 days.
Ageing
9 months in French and American oak barrels.
