By using different varieties of olives, some from centuries-old olive trees, Casa Ferreirinha olive oil achieves a sensory balance and greater richness of flavour.</p>

<p>Quinta do Vallado extra virgin olive oil is made from the Cobrançosa, Verdeal, Cordovil and Madural varieties.</p> <p>Yellowish green in color, it is a fruity, slightly spicy and fresh oil with an acidity of less than 0.2%.</p>
