    It is excellent as an aperitif. It goes well with serrano ham, smoked game, garlic stewed mushrooms, pâtés and nuts such as almonds and walnuts.

    Very delicate, fruity aroma with some floral notes. Long, dry finish with hints of honey and orange peel.
