    Duck Magret with fake vegetable rice, Rabbit, chestnut and vegetables, Red cabbage rolls stuffed with minced meat and bechamel sauce.
    Tasting Notes
    Color cherry black. Great aromatic richness, with notes of blackberries, strawberries and currant. From its stage in barrel and bottle, resulted in a complex bouquet of leather, spices, black truffles and a vanilla nothing.

    16-18ºC
    Vinification
    Hand picking, with careful selection of grapes in the vineyard and in the cellar. Pre-fermentative maceration and fermentation in small open mills with daily manual overtakes. Long postfermentative maceration (Cuvaison).
    Ageing
    Stage in French oak barrels of 225L for 8 months.
