Quinta da Biaia Arinto is an organic white wine from the Arinto grape variety.
This is a wine that aims to show all the greatness of the variety, in a terroir of high altitude, taking to the limit the definitions of acidity and minerality! Fermentation in stainless steel and ageing in 25% new French oak barrels, with weekly battonage, for 8 months.
Quinta da Biaia is certified for organic production from grape to bottle, which enhances all its unique characteristics and profile, combined with an average altitude of 750 meters giving rise to wines with a strong acidity that is its backbone.
No synthetic or animal product is used in the winemaking process. The wines can be integrated in a Vegetarian and Vegan diet
