Quinta Nova Nossa Senhora do Carmo estate has 120ha over the Douro river, along 1.5 km on the right bank, in the heart of the Douro (subregion of Cima Corgo). Of these, 85ha are planted with carefully maintained vines, all letter A, framed in the wonderful and unique UNESCO landscape

Grapes selection at the entrance of the cellar. Total stripping and cold pre-fermentation in inox vats for 4 days with temperature control, fermentation for 8-9 days and further 2 days of intense maceration
