    In the nose stands-out the exuberance of the dried fruits with outstanding hazelnut suggestions. In the mouth, its excellent structure prevails under a desirable essence of caramel and chocolate
    Vinification
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of coloour, tannins and aroma, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in vats at a controlled temperature (28-30ºC)
