    Light brown in color with an orange-colored glow. Fine aromas of raisins, dried fruit, nuts and spices. In the mouth it is full with various notes of candied fruits and raisins
    Vinification
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of coloour, tannins and aroma, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in vats at a controlled temperature (28-30ºC)
