    Upon arrival at the Cellar the grapes were refrigerated in refrigerated chambers for 8 hours, pressed in a pneumatic press, followed by decantation and fermentation was started in stainless steel tanks and then transferred to barrels

    50% in French oak barrels and 50% in Hungarian oak barrels for 8 months
