It lets the acidity guess gentle tracks of tropicality and green olive. In the mouth, intense and quite definite passion fruit that quickly is tinged in wild fruits, full of freshness. <p></p><p>CVD - Companhia dos Vinhos do Douro is located on the left bank of the river Douro, near Tabuaço (between the cities of Régua and Pinhão), in Quinta do Cabeço, having a privileged location in the Douro Demarcated Region.</p>
<p></p><p>Hectares Alicante Bouschet 2021 Red Wine is produced from hand-picked grapes and aged in oak barrels.</p> <p>It shows very deep and deep colour, aromas of red fruits such as ripe strawberries, with hints of menthol and spices, structured, lively, complex and long on the palate, impressing with its tannic character, contrasted by its freshness. It has great ageing potential.</p>
<p></p><p>The brothers Antonio and Edmar Monteiro are the founders of the 1912 Winemakers company. <br />The passion for the world of wine comes early in the life of these two brothers, who since childhood helped their father at the Quinta de São Bernardo property on the banks of the Douro River.<br />Later they acquired Quinta de Águas, which allowed them to increase production but maintaining the same quality as the wines produced</p> <p></p>
