The leadership of the largest companies in the wine industry and the promotion of the Alentejo was inspiring for the development of a personal project that took advantage of the best of Pias terroir and Alentejo castes for the creation of unique wines in concentration of color and aromas.

    Elegant wine of intense color, soft and full bodied result of a careful selection of a lot of grape varieties that perfectly matched with the exceptional conditions of the region.

    The carefully selected grapes are de-stemmed and vinified with fermentation temperature control at 25-28 ° C for 10 days. For stabilization of the wine the malolactic fermentation was induced.
