    A light ruby color with very vivid fruit and some spicy notes. The Carolina 2015 red has a rich palate, with good tannins, a red to drink young, very gastronomic and versatile

    Harvest in 25 kg boxes, fermented 50% whole bunch in lagar at 22C. Malolatic in stainless steel and 12 months in neutral french oak barrels
