<p>Quinta da Lomba White Wine not only embodies everything that the Dão region’s grape varieties have to offer but also the splendour of its hundred-year-old vines.</p> <p>The palate impresses with its elegance, firm structure, and saline, spicy profile. The wine’s acidity points to the vineyard’s granite soils and lends the wine freshness as well as a lingering, complex finish. This is a very serious and unique white wine which will mature beautifully in the bottle and should be enjoyed out of Burgundy-style wine glasses</p>
<p>Single vineyard wine made from 100% Tinta Roriz grapes manual harvested in the beginning of September. Free run juice ferments with wild yeasts in 225 L french oak barrels. Textura da Estrela Rose 2018 shows delicate aromas of red fruits and brioche, marked acidity and minerality. It has a dense but elegant texture, and it is extremely gastronomic.</p>

<p>Casa da Passarella is a historic property in the Dão region, with a history dating back to the end of the 19th century, when it became responsible at the time for some of the region's most famous wines. A property of such importance that the place where it is today has inherited its name.</p>
<p>Located in Vilar Seco, municipality of Nelas, in the district of Viseu, Quinta da Teixuga is a 30 hectare property.<br />Located in the heart of the Dão Region, it is surrounded by mountainous massifs, such as Serra da Estrela and Caramulo. This location allows excellent thermal amplitudes for a good maturation of the grapes leading to its slow maturation producing wines with rich aromas and good acidity</p>
