Casa da Passarella O Fugitivo Pinot Noir is a distinguished red wine from the Dão region of Portugal, crafted by the historic Casa da Passarella winery. This wine exclusively features the Pinot Noir grape, a variety with a long-standing presence at the estate, even being utilized for sparkling wine experiments in the 1930s. The winemaking process involves traditional lagar maceration with partial stems, followed by about 12 months of aging in used barrels, yielding a complex and refined result.
On the tasting notes, O Fugitivo Pinot Noir presents a lighter color typical of its varietal. Its aroma is rich with red fruits, potentially complemented by dry vegetal notes and a hint of tobacco, depending on the vintage. On the palate, it's described as elegant, delicate, and highly complex, showcasing firm yet fine tannins and a long finish. For food pairing, this versatile wine is an excellent match for roasted or stewed meat dishes and cheeses, best served between 14ºC and 16ºC.

Áurea is a tribute to Grandmother Áurea, the family connection with Portuguese origins. 100% Bastardo from the sub-region of Dão – Serra da Estrela – at an altitude of 600 meters and in granite soils. The Bastardo grapes ferment in a press with 30% whole bunch and macerate for 15 days. Then they age for 1 year in old barrels. Delicate aromas with fruit character and some balsamic and spice notes. Firm but textured tannins, high sense of freshness and great complexity. It has enormous potential to age in bottle.</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta de Lemos Rosé Wine is obtained after direct pressure of the red Touriga Nacional grapes. Produced and fermented in inox at 13ºC.</p> <p>Quinta de Lemos Rosé Wine presents delicate aroma of floral notes of red fruits, strawberries and raspberries.
