<p>On the tasting notes, O Fugitivo Pinot Noir presents a lighter color typical of its varietal. Its aroma is rich with red fruits, potentially complemented by dry vegetal notes and a hint of tobacco, depending on the vintage. On the palate, it's described as elegant, delicate, and highly complex, showcasing firm yet fine tannins and a long finish. For food pairing, this versatile wine is an excellent match for roasted or stewed meat dishes and cheeses, best served between 14ºC and 16ºC.</p>

<p></p><p><span>Tamarez was for many years a very important varietal in Alentejo. Daughter of the crossing between Mourisco branco (Heben) with Alfrocheiro Preto. This 100% Tamarez, that lost his name and now is Tricandeira-das-Pratas. This wine tests the potential of one of the ancient varieties of the Alentejo vineyard</span></p>
<p>Respiro Altitude is highly gastronomic—ideal with grilled seafood, ceviche, baked fish, fresh salads, or vegetarian dishes. Its natural freshness and layered complexity make it a refined choice for lighter meals or warm-weather sipping.</p> <p>It presents pale citrus in color, it opens with aromas of white and citrus fruits, subtle floral notes, a touch of vegetal character, and a marked mineral freshness. On the palate, it is vibrant and elegant, with firm acidity and a dry, textured finish. </p>
<p>CARMIM - Cooperativa Agrícola de Reguengos de Monsaraz - was created in 1971 by a group of 60 winegrowers with the objective of producing and marketing wine, from the grapes of a group of winegrowers of the region.<br />CARMIM currently has about 900 members and produces 74 wine references: from whites to reds, from youngsters to reservations, to liqueurs, rosé and sparkling wines.
