Fundação Eugénio Almeida EA Biológico 2021 White Wine
Fundação Eugénio Almeida EA Biológico White Wine is the first organic wine from Fundação Eugénio de Almeida, released in 2015 as part of their sustainable viticulture and natural resource protection practices. This Alentejo Regional Wine is made from Assario and Arinto grapes, grown organically in granitic soils. The winemaking process includes fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC, followed by an eight-month period in contact with fine lees, which gives it greater complexity and texture.
Fundação Eugénio Almeida EA Biológico White Wine displays a bright citrine color with greenish reflections. Its aromatic profile is fresh and vibrant, with notes of citrus and tropical fruits like pineapple. On the palate, it stands out for its freshness and balanced acidity, culminating in an elegant finish. It is a light and aromatic wine, ideal for pairing with fish, seafood, and salads. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
