Tapada do Chaves Vinhas Velhas White Wine presents elegant and expressive, with intense tropical fruit alongside orange leaf, dry almonds and elegant gunflint aromas. On the palate, it’s complex with wonderful fruit, high volume and delicate toasty edges. High terroir character with driving mineral acidity and great length.

The estate of Torre de Palma is located in the heart of the Alentejo wine region, in Monforte. Enjoying the site climate of the Serra de São Mamede and a natural method, resulting in a perfect combination to produce unique wines, in harmony with nature.

The several plots of vines are planted in balanced soils, giving privilege to natural methods. Carefully blended from a number of Portuguese indigenous varieties such has Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional e Tinta Miúda (for the reds) or Antão Vaz, Arinto and Alvarinho (for the whites). This is a project crafted by the awarded winemaker Duarte de Deus, practically crafted by hand, in small quantities and with an artisan spirit.

Since 2004, Tiago Cabaço Wines is born by the hand of the young man who gives the name to the brand, Tiago Cabaço affirms himself as one of the most solid and striking names of the new generation of Alentejo producers, according to critics of the sector

Paulo Laureano began to be known for being one of the most productive consultant oenologists in Alentejo, one of the most sought-after oenologists considered by the new wave of producers who arrived in the Alentejo in the mid-90's. He was also known as Mr. Mouchão when he started to lead the oenology team of this classic Alentejo producer, as well as his classic mustaches that stand out from the crowd

Quinta de São José de Peramanca is located five kilometres from Évora, on National Road 114. The large and traditional house, marked by baroque architecture, and the church of San José adjacent to it facilitate identification. With 34 hectares, the Quinta has in the manor house and in its vineyard its greatest patrimony.

As for the peculiar name of the Quinta "Peramanca" (Pedra-Manca), it means "oscillating stone, not very safe", is explained by the existence in the region of large granite stones in oscillating balance. Since Roman times and over the centuries, the surroundings to the west of Évora have been considered as one of the most important regions producing quality wine, and the area has become known as "Terras de Peramanca", given the abundance of these oscillating stones.

Florão Red and White represent the most approachable wine style from the Fonte Souto estate, made with all the attention to detail and care of the other estate wines, but with a more youthful profile intended for drinking young. Their freshness, balance and structure clearly identify them as wines born of the unique Fonte Souto terroir

This wine is the perfect example of a wine from the Alentejo region.
