The aromatic purity experienced on the nose is fully confirmed in the mouth, culminating in a sublime and harmonious wine with a long, persistent finish.</p> <p>With an alcohol content of around 14% ABV, the Herdade do Sobroso Élevage Tinto is best served between 16ºC and 18ºC. It pairs exceptionally well with game dishes, red meats, and Italian cuisine, and also complements aged cheeses. This wine has consistently received high praise and distinctions, including 95 points from Revista de Vinhos, reaffirming its status as an excellent wine that authentically expresses the Alentejo terroir.</p>
