    It is very versatile and can be consumed with fish dishes, meat or oriental cuisine. For its elegance, it can be an excellent accompaniment to desserts.
    Tasting Notes
    Aromas of white flowers and lime, well integrated with notes of wood and toasted bread. In the mouth it is very fresh, presenting a fine and pleasant bubble. It has a creamy texture and a long and persistent finish.

    Vinification
    The alcoholic fermentation proceeded slowly and at low temperature which allowed to maintain the characteristics of the base wine, giving it a delicate aroma and a very fine and persistent bubble.
