Vinification
Grapes stalked at the entrance of the cellar and pressed immediately. Partial fermentation in French oak wood and battonage in vat and barrel for 2 months, with fermentation at low temperatures

This caste legitimated as the caste of Vidigueira and muse inspiring the Winery, gives rise to an exceptional white wine whose notoriety is worth the title of "O Branco do Alentejo".</p>
