Santa Vitória is a Vila Galé Group company, dedicated to the production and sale of high quality wines and olive oils from the Alentejo region. Established in 2002, and the result of a passion for earth products, this company represents an investment which seeks to provide a direct contact with the best that is produced in Alentejo

Founded in 1854 by the descendants of the Duke of Lencastre, surrounded by cork oaks and eucalyptus trees from Australia, the Herdade da Calada is hidden between the gentle hills of the Alentejo. Throughout the years it has been the target of various interventions and improvements, but preserves the beauty and elegance of the original feature of the main building and today is one of the most modern and innovative winemaking domains in Portugal, with an enotourism unit, 35 hectares of vineyard, 110 hectares of olive grove, 60 of cereals, 215 of mount and a magnificent lodging

Fitapreta Chão dos Eremitas Os Paulista White Wine

At the foot of the Serra d'Ossa is this Chão dos Eremitas, the place where the Hermits of the Order of São Paulo, Os Paulistas, chose to plant their vineyards. Two streams bring rainwater down from the Serra to keep the ground cool in the torrid Alentejo heat. These vineyards were of such importance that a Papal Bull of 1397 exempted the Paulistas from vineyard taxes and reinforced their importance. This Paulistas White comes from a plot planted in 1969 in coplantation (mixed vineyards), revealing an Alentejo that has been lost in time.

Sempar Rosé Wine has a light pink, almost salmon colour. The nose is discreet, with notes of redcurrant, red fruit and herbaceous nuances. On the palate it is delicate, round and with good acidity. This Sempar Rosé conveys the warmth of the Alentejo and the freshness of the mountains!

It's ideal with smoked salmon salad, sushi, curry, exotic cuisine or simply as a cocktail wine!
