Strolling freely in the montados, where it feeds mainly on acorns, the Alentejo pig is the only survivor of grazing pigs in Europe. By associating it with this wine, we combine two larger symbols of the Alentejo

Monte da Raposinha Grande Reserva Chardonnay presents notes of orange peel and ripe citrus fruit, baked apple, light buttery flavours and integrated barrel notes. On the palate it has good volume, balanced acidity and a surprisingly fresh finish.

On the mouth it is intense and very complex, with good strucure and an attractive freshness amidst the toasted and spiced notes, and with fruit filled long finish.
