    Aromas of tea (Earl Grey), mint, lemon and sage. In the mouth becames fresh with good acidity, and a very elegant final structure

    Vinification
    The must is transported in refrigerated truck to the winery. Then, is driven bygravity into the cold chamber, where it remains to decant for 24 hours at lowtemperatures
    Ageing
    After this process, the must is inoculated with selected yeasts and the fermentation takes place at controlled temperature of 12 º C for 15 days
