    This wine presents itself in a light citrus colour. Aromas of ripened fruits,white peach, citrus and pineapple. On the palate juicy with exotic hints.An everybodies darling wine with good structure and finesse
    Vinification
    After the destemming follows the cold maceration for 24 hours. Then starts the fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at a temperature of 14°C for 4 weeks
    Ageing
    This wine matured in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 8°C until it is cold stabilised before bottling to achieve the full aroma capacity of that wine

The mouth shows fresh attack where this red fruit is repeat with an earthy flavour and long lasting</p> <p>Planted on soil characterised by schist and granite, the grapes are from an integrated production system and are harvested according to their perfect state of ripeness. The grapes were harvested by hand, in 20kg boxes, and at night, providing a more careful selection and better preservation of the aromas. In the cellar, they pass through the sorting table where a rigorous selection is made, and then they enter the fermentation vats by gravity. Spontaneous alcoholic fermentation. Little intervention throughout the process and low sulphur content.</p>

This is a project crafted by the awarded winemaker Duarte de Deus, practically crafted by hand, in small quantities and with an artisan spirit.</p>
