Sonhar White Wine is made from traditional Alentejo grape varieties such as Arinto, Verdelho and Antão Vaz. It presents aromas of white-fleshed fruits and some floral. In the mouth it is tasty, with a long finish marked by refreshing acidity.
Ideal with fish dishes and white meats. Its freshness makes it perfect to accompany clams à Bulhão Pato.
It was during the year of 2010 that the urge to produce wines in a region already filled history and wine tradition. The aim is to achieve the of two worlds: the respect the tradition and his origins no make-up or additives, producing wines freshness in a region known its continental and warm terroir.
