    Vinyle is made with grapes from a century-old vineyard located in Serra de São Mamede. It was vinified and aged in 2 barrels of 500 litres previously used to vinify the Sidecar 2020 with the renowned champagne producer Emmanuel Lassaigne who previously used them to vinify the base wine of one of his best champagnes. The name Vinyle is a tribute to Emmanuel's great passion: music and vinyl records.

    The subtle and delicate nose is the result of the combination of the vineyards of the Serra with the barrels matured with with the base wines of Champagne, which gives it a complexity that is transmitted in the mouth.

              <p></p><p>Susana Esteban was born in Tui, Spain. She holds a degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a Master's degree in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of La Rioja. She began her trajectory as an oenologist in 1999 at Quinta do Côtto, and later worked as an oenologist at Quita do Crasto between 2002 and 2007. Both farms are located in the Douro. She has worked since the 2007 harvest as a consultant in different Alentejo producers, namely Tiago Cabaço Wines, Herdade do Barrocal, Monte dos Cabaços and Monte da Raposinha.</p>
