Monte da Ravasqueira Late Harvest White Wine

It is the result of a rigorous monitoring of the maturation of the Viognier grape clusters, which were harvested and subject to conservation and freezing in order to produce a wine that shows a modern profile and representative of the differentiation of the Monte da Ravasqueira vineyard

Connected for three generations to the José de Mello family, Monte da Ravasqueira occupies an area of about 3000 hectares of typical Alentejo landscap

On the hot plains of the Baixo Alentejo, just a few kilometres from the city of Beja, is one of the oldest wine estates in the region. Its vineyards represent decades of history that Henrique Uva has preserved and farmed for many years and which he always wanted to develop as an independent producer.
In 2004, he achieved his dream, with the project that goes by the name of Henrique Uva/Herdade da Mingorra. The Winery is surrounded by 1,400 hectares of a landscape that can be considered exuberant, such is the diversity of plants and fauna, with several river basins forming veritable oases. The Winery is a true place of worship. A place where modernity and functionality can be found alongside indelible traditional techniques.

Noia White Wine was inspired, dreamt up and designed from the Arinto, Antão Vaz and Viognier grape varieties. The inspiration comes from the magnificent landscape of the vineyards, where the vines grow and produce high quality grapes with extraordinary potential. Designing the wine meant precisely and surgically crafting the final blend. To enhance the Arinto, favouring acidity, freshness and salinity and thus integrate the tropicality of the Antão Vaz with the seductive and sublime expression of apricot, acacia and violets of the Viognier. This wine is faithful, with a unique identity and complicity.

Quinta do Mouro is located at the gates of the city of Estremoz, and belonged for centuries to the Zagalos family, one of the wealthiest in town. This original "quinta" in Alentejo, where the vast estates dominate, has an 18th century grooved house, charming gardens, bowls and 18th century tanks. In 1979, at the age of 26, luck dictated Miguel Louro's fate at a poker table, among friends, when he had the dilemma of buying a Porsche or Quinta do Mouro. The first hectares of vineyard would be planted in 1989, after a failed incursion into cattle breeding, and today he is one of the most iconic wine producers in the region.

Quinta do Mouro Vinha da Gafaria has a bright citrus colour. Delicate aroma, with floral, slightly vegetal notes and very defined white fruit, accompanied by a mineral hint of wet stone. In the tasting it has a surprising structure, with a great medium volume, very mineral and fresh, finishing long and very persistent with a very present acidity
