The winemaking operation has been a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they were delivering their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa. It is made up of a diverse planting of centenarian bush vines, around 60% of which are red grapes, and 40% white grapes. The red grapes are mostly Tinta Gorda, Bastardo and Mourisco  and the white grapes mostly Malvasia Fina, Dona Branca, and Donzelinho.
