<p></p><p>Sparkling wine produced from grape picking for grape harvesting, ideal for sparkling wine, and following the traditional foaming method which requires bottle fermentation for a period of more than 12 months.<br />It has a citrus color, with a fine and persistent bubble. Exquisite nose with herbal, floral notes and green apple. Fine bubble mousse, lively acidity, pineapple notes, textured and velvety mouth, very dry and persistent finish.</p>
<p></p><p>From Vinho Verde to the Alentejo, via the Douro and Dão, with "leaps" across to the Azores, Brazil and Argentina, Anselmo Mendes has undertaken a path as wine-maker, by cultivating a passion in each region, getting to know the voice of each land and trying to bring out the best in each wine. <p></p><p>Casal do Paço has belonged to the family of Vasco Croft since the 17th century. It has the soul of an old Quinta, and was the starting point of the Aphros project. It extends over some 20 hectares of land and forest, six of which are vineyards and four of chestnut orchards</p>

The aroma is intense, revealing a combination of fresh and dried fruit notes, along with toast and biscuit. On the palate, it's very fresh, bone-dry, and long, confirming the aromas perceived on the nose. It is ideal served at 8‑9 °C, and pairs effortlessly with canapés, lean fish or meats, delivering a refined and persistent finish</p>
<p></p><p>Campolargo Cerceal Sparkling White Wine presents very fine in the aroma, with notes of white flowers. In the mouth it confirms the finesse of the aroma, with light notes of white fruit. Very good structure and freshness</p>
<p></p><p>Caves founded more than 50 years ago, located in a property with more than 30 hectares, currently. These caves are carved in the rock, in blue granite, reaching a depth of 72 meters</p>
