    Red color Violet. Intense aroma, fruity, an excellent combination with French Oak wood. Taste round, soft and high concentration. Average finish.

    16 - 18 ºC
    Vinification
    Fermented with loaf and film in stone mills, without temperature control. The pasta is pressed and this press wine is separated. The malolactic fermentation takes place after leaving the mill in cement deposits.

    In French oak barrels used for 9 months later in 3 months in bottle.
