VPuro comes from the partnership of two oenologist friends - Nuno Mira do Ó and João Soares with the aim of producing a wine from the Bairrada region. From this project comes initially Outrora Red, a wine made with 100% Baga variety. But soon the portfolio increased with the wines Aliás and Doravante

<p></p><p>Quinta dos Termos is situated in the center of Portugal, on the slopes of the South slope of Serra da Estrela (highest mountain of Portugal - 2,000 m), thus protected from the cold north winds and sunny by its exposure to the South, reaching temperatures in the summer sometimes higher than 50ºC, which leads to a higher degree of maturation, giving rise to complex, aromatic wines of good consistency</p>
<p></p><p>Alvarinho Pet Nat is a sparkling wine inspired in the ancestral method, a wine with natural movement and elegant bubbling</p> <p>The vinification process, with little intervention, resorts to the end of the first alcoholic fermentation in bottle, without resorting to dégorgement or sugar addition.</p> <p>Innovation has led Soalheiro to wines that in the past seemed unlikely to experiment with the Alvarinho grape variety. This Pet Nat confirms the variety’s elasticity and proposes the relaxed discovery of a light and youthful sparkling wine</p> <p></p>

<p></p><p>Casa Ermelinda freitas is a wine brand recognized by the world for its magnificent wines. From its very beginnings, made the quality of its vineyards and wines a top priority. When the company first started, wines were produced and sold wholesale and unbranded. It was the current management that decided to take on the challenge that is involved in creating an own brand wine. 1997 was the year of the company's new beginning in wine making, with red wine "Terras do Po tinto", being the first to be produced and bottled on the premises of the Ermelinda Freitas winery.</p>
<p>On the nose, Vadio Red Wine reveals a pure Atlantic freshness, with vibrant red fruit aromas, floral nuances, and a touch of minerality that’s typical of Baga. On the palate, it is elegant and finely textured, showcasing crisp acidity and refined, silky tannins. With an alcohol content of around 12.5%, Vadio Tinto offers a fresh, approachable profile while retaining depth and character. It’s a true expression of Bairrada’s potential and a versatile wine for both cellaring and food pairing</p>
<p></p><p>Quinta do Ortigão is located right in the center of Anadia, so much so that it seems strange that in the middle of an urban circuit, between rotundas, houses and super markets you can find a wine producer on the next bent</p> <p></p>
<p></p><p>Since 2005 the company is called Kompassus, and still has a philosophy of wine production based on roots and family traditions. It is dedicated to the production of wines of excellence sustained by organic production methods and sustainable viticulture practices. The company is owned by João Póvoa, an ophthalmologist by profession, but a farmer by passion</p>
<p></p><p>Prior Lucas Habemus White Wine is the result of a distinct terroir whose quartzite soil gives it a very unusual identity.</p> <p>It presents light yellow colour with greenish tones. Nose: Discreet, with aromas of stone fruit, pineapple, complexed with some buttery flavours. Mouth: Unctuous, with an intense flavour and well marked acidity, integrating a slight tannin from the barrel very well.</p>
<p>Versatile and gastronomic, Vinhas do Botão Red Wine pairs beautifully with grilled red meats, roast lamb, rich pasta dishes, and aged cheeses. Its balance of fruit, acidity, and tannin also makes it an excellent companion for game dishes or hearty stews, especially during cooler seasons.</p>
<p>Frei João White Wine shows a clear, bright citrus to straw yellow color. The aroma is fresh with notes of citrus fruits (lemon, grapefruit), green apple, and sometimes subtle floral or mineral hints. On the palate, it's crisp and refreshing, with vibrant acidity, a light to medium body, and a clean, dry finish. This makes it a highly versatile wine for pairing with fresh seafood, light salads, white meats, vegetarian dishes, and sushi, and it's best served well chilled.</p>
<p></p><p>The Quinta Colinas de S. Lourenço was acquired in 2009, this extensive property is located in São Lourenço do Bairro, Anadia, in the heart of Bairrada, wine region par excellence and Region especially cherished by IDEALDRINKS. The 80 hectares of vineyards are scattered over the clay-limestone soils of the gentle hills typical of the region, which gave rise to its name</p>
<p></p><p>Kompassus Tinto Cão Red Wine presents ruby in colour, the aroma is very complex with lots of mineral nuances, toasted cocoa and hints of red fruit. Tense in the mouth, with lively acidity and structure.</p>
