Alias Red Wine. Deep red colored wine, with aromas in which iodized and mineral notes dominate, as well as notes of dark chocolate, blackberries and pepper. In the mouth, it presents pronounced acidity and excellent structure.
VPuro comes from the partnership of two oenologist friends - Nuno Mira do Ó and João Soares with the aim of producing a wine from the Bairrada region.
From this project comes initially Outrora Red, a wine made with 100% Baga variety. But soon the portfolio increased with the wines Aliás and Doravante

The management is still held by the descendants of MESSIAS family. <span id="result_box" lang="en" xml:lang="en">Since its foundation</span> that MESSIAS <span lang="en" xml:lang="en">has been producing and selling high quality wines from the main demarcated regions:</span> Bairrada, Douro, Dão, Vinho Verde, Beiras and Vinho do Porto. <p></p><p>Nat Cool Dão Red Wine is uncomplicated, versatile, elegant and refreshing, reflecting the terroir of the slopes of the Serra da Estrela. On the nose, fruits of the forest such as blackberry and currant combine with balsamic nuances typical of the Tinta Pinheira grape variety. On the palate, the Baga grape variety reveals its elegant and lively side as well as its lingering acidity which adds to the wine’s character.</p>
<p></p><p>Since 2005 the company is called Kompassus, and still has a philosophy of wine production based on roots and family traditions. It is dedicated to the production of wines of excellence sustained by organic production methods and sustainable viticulture practices. The company is owned by João Póvoa, an ophthalmologist by profession, but a farmer by passion</p>
