Well-structured acidity and body in harmony with the sweetness and tannins. Sweet wine, very full-bodied and rich in old cask aromas where toasted almonds, vanilla with hints of iodine, tobacco and caramel predominate.
The wine is aged in French and American oak casks, in the traditional process until bottling.
