Romeira Merlot Red Wine is crafted from a careful selection of hand-harvested Merlot grapes. Whole-berry fermentation allows for a slow maceration that enhances the purity of the terroir and develops intense aromas. The wine displays remarkable freshness, firm structure, and excellent aging potential, making it an ideal companion for game dishes, richly flavored meats, and aged or soft cheeses. It should be served at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C.
