    Tasting Notes
    Dark orange amber with a golden edge. Medium weight and voluptuous to roll around in the mouth. Excellent acidity. Figs, and walnuts with just a hint of heat on the very long finish. Otherwise, really tasty and sumptuous Tawny
    Vinification
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of coloour, tannins and aroma, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in vats at a controlled temperature (28-30ºC)
