    Intense red colour with a tawny halo. Presents a complex bouquet of dried fruits, standing-out the spicy notes. Sophisticated and delicate in taste. Good structure, well balanec acidity and a pleasant unctuosness
    Vinification
    The grapes are destemmed, crushed and vinified in a careful maceration with extraction of coloour, tannins and aroma, complemented by permanent pumping-over during fermentation. This process takes place in vats at a controlled temperature (28-30ºC)
