Susana Esteban was born in Tui, Spain.She holds a degree in Chemical Sciences from the University of Santiago de Compostela and a Master's degree in Viticulture and Oenology from the University of La Rioja.She began her trajectory as an oenologist in 1999, at Quinta do Côtto.
<p></p><p>In 2001 began the adventure of Sandra Tavares da Silva and Jorge Serôdio Borges. This young couple at first had no vineyards or wine, but a common dream, a personal project to which they dedicated themselves body and soul.<br />The name Wine & Soul is the consequence of his passion and total commitment to wine. From the beginning the work of this company focuses on an untiring search for exceptional vineyards in the Pinhão valley, the historic heart of the great Port wines, and give them a voice</p>
<p></p><p>Single vineyard Dão red wine from a field blend block at 600 meters altitude, 55-year-old vines planted in granite soils. The main grape varieties are Jaen, Baga, Alfrocheiro, Tinto-Cão and Tinta Pinheira. Indigenous yeasts and fermentation in a vat with 30-day cuvaison make this wine a distinct wine, with delicate aromas, nice minerality and very fine tannins. It is elegant, intense and pure.</p>

<p></p><p>Coliseu Noble Late Harvest has a fresh, fruity, finely closed nose and offers freshness, intensity and complexity. There are notes of tangerine and candied peach and flowers, and more slightly fresh berries combined with hints of fresh/crystallised citrus fruit, as well as fine notes of zest, a discreet hint of verbena, spices and a subtle touch of almond. On the palate this wine expresses notes of candied lemon, candied kumquat and more, a hint of candied mandarin with notes of fresh berries / juicy / finely acidic, as well as touches of spicy (almost salty) minerality. A wine with a gastronomic profile that finishes seductively and with enormous persistence</p>
