Tasting Notes
A clear color, citrus with floral notes on the nose, Carolina White has a great intensity, resultant of the complexity of the two types of soil. Balanced in the mouth, elegant, fresh, with notes of grapefruit and a long mineral finish.
Vinification
Harvest in boxes of 25 kgs. Press whole bunch and decantation of 48h atcontroled temperature of 10ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel at 14ºC and“batonnage” of the thin lees twice a week until January
