    Tasting Notes
    Citrus color, the wine initially shows very discreet and complex with fresh and floral notes evolving later to some mineral notes, more discreet and elegant. In the mouth it is fresh, with a present acidity and very balanced.

    12 - 14ºC
    Vinification
    Grapes harvested by grape varieties and plots in boxes of 20 kg and put in the cold at 5/6 º C. After fully destemmed are crushed. Fermentation and later total stage in barrels of 500 liters, 60% new and 40% used.
