Lavradores de Feitoria (a.k.a. Feitoria) is a unique project, created on September of 2000. Resulted from the union of 15 producers, owners of 18 Quintas spread throughout the best terroirs in the 3 sub-regions of the Douro region (Baixo Corgo, Cima Corgo and Douro Superior). Nowadays the company has 48 shareholders (of which 15 are producers), and 19 Quintas. Together, they have a total area of vineyard of more than 600 ha.

The goal of this brand has been, since the beginning, to create balanced and elegant wines that age well, having as a starting point the declared commitment with the excellence and tradition of Douro

The dream of producing wines in Dão began in 2012. Since then, we sought for vines, some of them very old, that would express the unique character of this region, where the highlands microclimate and the granite soils have always gave genuine wines.

Rótulo Dão Niepoort 2017 Red Wine

In the glass, Falcoaria Grande Reserva Red Wine shows a deep ruby hue. The nose is complex and powerful, marked by ripe wild berries layered with spice notes, subtle hints of cocoa, and fine tobacco. On the palate, the attack is refined yet assertive, evolving into a wine of impressive dimension and tightly knit structure. The tannins are firm but polished, integrating seamlessly with the fresh berry fruit. The finish is elegant, long, and persistent, highlighting the wine’s exceptional balance and excellent aging potential in bottle.

The Bioma Red by Niepoort is an organically produced, SATIVA-certified wine created exclusively from our Quinta de Nápoles vineyards whose vines are quite young, with an age of approximately 25 years

Cistus Reserva Red Wine has a good volume of mouth, with firm but well involved tannins, a balanced and attractive set

The violet color on the nose reveals itself discreetly, with a predominance of freshness, green, mineral and a slight wet stone. In the mouth it is exuberant, predominating its strong acidity. Discreet and well-integrated toasting of the oak barrels where it was placed.

Quinta de Fafide is located on the outskirts of São João da Pesqueira on the River Torto at an average altitude of 550 meters. In this Quinta the grapes reach maturation without any sources of stress, either hydric or thermal, obtaining wines of unusual concentration and elegance.
