    A clean, bright citrus colored wine with floral rose aromas and hints of tropical fruit. The taste is highlighted by very fruity flavors and a subtle sweetness, ending with a refreshing finish thanks to its lively acidity

    The grapes are pressed and fermented in stainless steel tanks with temperature control. The residual sugar is maintained through a natural process by lowering the temperature, interrupting the fermentation.
