Red color. Aroma of ripe red fruits, plums and licorice. Spicy flavors with a full palate leading to a smooth, salty finish

16 - 18°C
Vinification
Total destemming followed by gentle crushing. Immersion cold before fermentation for a period of 48 hours. Fermentation of temperature-controlled stainless steel (20 ° C to 22 ° C) for 5 days with manual pump daily
