<p></p><p>Olive oil obtained from the olive trees of the Quintas located in Cumieira, in the Baixo Corgo sub-region of the Douro. The olives are harvested by hand in order to preserve the structure of the tree. The olives are sent directly to the mill in plastic food boxes with a capacity of 25kg. No olives are picked from the ground. Extraction is carried out mechanically at low temperatures, where a continuous two-phase extraction is then carried out. The decanting process lasts between 2 and 3 months.</p>

<p></p><p>The Quinta Pedra da Cancela is the fruit of the passion for the wine of the Gouveia family. The winemaking operation has been a family activity for several generations, in the beginning they were delivering their grapes at the Adega Cooperativa. In 1999, with the end of the superior studies in Viticulture and Enology of João Paulo Gouveia, son of João Coelho Gouveia, they decide to create their own wine. The vineyards were restructured, others were acquired and a modern wine cellar was built and with a high technology, all respecting the culture of the Dão demarcated region. <p></p><p>The Conde de Anadia wines are born at the Palace of the Condes Anadia in Mangualde-Viseu.<br />Wine production on the estate dates back to the 18th century. Within the walls of the Palace we find the 10 hectares of vineyards, planted at 500 meters of altitude in granite soils, framed to the west by the majestic Serra da Estrela and flanked by the forest of the property. Belonging to the demarcated region of the Dão (sub-region Terras de Azurara) in the vineyards of the Palace we find the typical varieties of the Dão region: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Jaen and Encruzado.</p> <p></p>

<p></p><p>Single vineyard wine made from 100% Tinta Roriz grapes manual harvested in the beginning of September. Free run juice ferments with wild yeasts in 225 L french oak barrels. Textura da Estrela Rose 2018 shows delicate aromas of red fruits and brioche, marked acidity and minerality. It has a dense but elegant texture, and it is extremely gastronomic.</p>
