<p></p> <p>Olive oil obtained from the olive trees of the Quintas located in Cumieira, in the Baixo Corgo sub-region of the Douro. The olives are harvested by hand in order to preserve the structure of the tree. The olives are sent directly to the mill in plastic food boxes with a capacity of 25kg. No olives are picked from the ground. Extraction is carried out mechanically at low temperatures, where a continuous two-phase extraction is then carried out. The decanting process lasts between 2 and 3 months.</p>

<p></p><p>The Quinta dos Picos do Couto has a very special meaning for FTP Wine. <p>Chicane Gião II is a distinctive red wine from the Dão region of Portugal, crafted by the independent and artisanal producer Chicane in collaboration with the team at Quinta dos Garnachos. It is made from 100% Jaen (Mencía) grapes harvested from vineyards in Vila Nova de Tazem at around 450 m altitude, giving the wine a strong expression of its terroir and varietal character. The vinification combines traditional techniques, including partial fermentation in lagar and aging in French oak followed by stainless steel for natural stabilization, resulting in a wine that balances structure and freshness.</p>
