Vinification
Grapes harvested by hand, reception with total destemming and crushing immediately. Fermentation between 22 - 26 ºC during 7 days with gentle maceration.

<p>Quinta dos Termos is situated in the center of Portugal, on the slopes of the South slope of Serra da Estrela (highest mountain of Portugal - 2,000 m), thus protected from the cold north winds and sunny by its exposure to the South, reaching temperatures in the summer sometimes higher than 50ºC, which leads to a higher degree of maturation, giving rise to complex, aromatic wines of good consistency</p>
<p>Given the producer's passion for Burgundy and German white wines, there are also two small plots with the Chardonnay and Riesling varieties. The viticulture is made in total respect for the environment, without chemical fertilizers, insecticides and herbicides.
