Vadio Colheitas Antigas Edição 10 Anos 2013 Red Wine
Vadio Colheitas Antigas Edição 10 Anos is a special release from the Vadio winery, showcasing the remarkable aging potential of wines made from the Baga grape in the Bairrada region of Portugal. This edition is unique because it's bottled at the same time as the original release but then held in the winery's cellar for at least seven years, often reaching a decade of aging before being re-released. This practice highlights Vadio's commitment to traditional Bairrada winemaking and the unique characteristics of the Baga varietal.
For tasting notes, this wine typically presents a dense and dark red color. On the nose, you can expect great finesse and complexity, with suggestions of red berry fruits, a floral edge, and well-integrated toast character from oak aging. On the palate, it exhibits robust tannins that provide structure and backbone, ensuring its longevity in the bottle. It's a wine that offers both immediate enjoyment and considerable potential for further evolution in your cellar. Due to its structure and aging, it pairs wonderfully with hearty dishes like grilled red meats, roasted pork, or even traditional Portuguese roasted kid.

Throughout decades, the Lucinda Todo Bom wine cellar has given its best to care for the vines and develop its products in a consistent way, with its thoughts fixed on the next generations and the commitment with its clients all over the world. This is the reason why our wines have increasingly gained praise over time.
