It’s crafted primarily from a blend of Cercial (70%) and Bical (30%), two indigenous grape varieties that thrive in the cool, maritime-influenced climate of the region. The wine is partially aged in oak, adding complexity and depth to its expression while maintaining a vibrant, structured profile true to Bairrada's classical style.</p> <p>On the nose, it offers elegant and layered aromas of green apple, pear, and citrus, complemented by floral, mineral, and subtle spice notes from barrel aging. The palate is dry, crisp, and linear, with bright acidity and a clean, persistent finish.
