This work is based on the vinification of small batches of the same grape variety from different vineyards, where the final objective is to understand and enhance its character.

The aroma is expressive, intense and enveloping. The fruits of the forest mixed with floral notes of violets, enveloped in a shy note of toast and pepper win us over immediately.
